"Emergency care"

About: East Of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust / Emergency ambulance Northwick Park Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I recently dislocated my knee replacement and was brought by a wonderful ambulance team to NWP casualty.

I would just like to say that the care I had from Dr’s, nurses care assistants, porters and radiographers and ward staff on Evelyn ward was professional, kind sympathetic and in fact superb .

I would like to commend you all. Thank you

Dear Sir/Madam

Thank you for taking the time to let us know how well you were looked after during your recent admission to Evelyn ward in Northwick Park Hospital.

While of course sorry to learn that your dislocated knee replacement required an admission to hospital, it was very pleasing to hear that you were happy with the treatment you received from everyone involved in your care.

I will ensure that your kind words are shared with the staff in the Emergency Department and on Evelyn ward, as I know the staff will be grateful to hear that their efforts have been appreciated.

Thank you once again for sharing your experience with us.

Kind regards

Peter Hare

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about the East of England Ambulance Service. I would like to pass your kind comments onto the staff involved and would be grateful if you could email feedback@eastamb.nhs.uk with the date and location the crew attended to so that we can trace the staff involved.

In your email could you please quote SB002 and I will be able to link the information to your feedback.

Thank you again for your kind words of appreciation and i hope you are recovering well.
