"Wonderful service"

I had an ablation for Atrial fibrillation and was on Birch ward scheduled for overnight stay.

The team across the board were superb. I was apprehensive and nervous but the way I was treated put me at ease.

From the lady who brought the meals around, nurses who provided me with copious amounts of tea and drinks as well as taking care of me, doctors, consultants and anybody else I came into contact with, they were superb. I feel so much better in a short space of time and the procedure went ahead of schedule, was quick and enabled me to go home same day instead of overnight.

I could have stayed for a couple of days because it was comfortable, relaxing afterwards and pleasant people to be with.

I would just like to say thank you so much to all on Birch Ward and the theatre team . It was made into an experience I have no hesitation in recommending to anybody.

Most informative every step of the way and all my preferences and needs were acknowledged. Superb team. No wonder they are outstanding with CQC.
