"Caring for a terminally ill relative at home"

About: Kent & Canterbury Hospital / Kent Oncology Centre Marie Curie Cancer Care Pilgrims Hospice At Ashford

(as a carer),

I cared for a terminally ill relative at home and had the support of my local GP, community nurses and carers, Marie Curie, Occupational Therapists and also received help with providing my relative with essential equipment at home that was needed to make the care that was delivered to him be of the highest standard. Without the help of all these people, charities and organisations I would not have been able to look after him the way I did. Not only did they help care for him in his last few months but they also provided unlimited, extremely useful and necessary support to me
