"Unbelievable staff"

I had to take my young child to A&E immediately following NHS 111 advice and this was very worrying. All the staff from the moment we arrived at the desk through triage and to the doctor were all brilliant. The doctor diagnosed the issue and set things in motion to resolve the immediate issue and to provide a referral long term. My child felt so comfortable at the hospital due to the manner of the staff. They all took the time to discuss things my child liked and had good conversation with a 5yr old whilst doing their job professionally. My child came away very comfortable with the whole experience, whilst feeling much better despite being initially scared that they had to attend hospital. Thank you so much.
