"Thank you"

I had to visit the urgent care centre on Tuesday (GP instructions) and cannot thank all the staff there for their excellent care and attention. Nothing was too much trouble, the nursing staff and wonderful doctors could not have been more understanding and caring. All questions were answered and explainations given for treatment and most important (to me) the promised follow up phone call a couple of days later happened. Thank you all.
