"Excellent care"

A close relative lived here for 18 months, whilst suffering from the later stages of Alzheimer's.

The owner and staff were warm, patient and endlessly caring, with high levels of professionalism at all times. Residents were respected as individuals and family visits were always welcome. Care took place in a warm, relaxed environment and residents were encouraged to socialise and participate as they wished. The owner impressed me from my first contact by stressing that she saw this as the residents'

home and not an institution where timetables had to be rigidly followed. This was by far the best of all the places I visited whilst trying to find a place for my relative to live. I was so relieved to find it.
