So far the meetings have helped me to get engaged.

I have had good support from my case worker, Simon.

It was nice to see becky.

I have only just started, but the group seems to have a good connection and I can see support networks forming.

Thank you for your recent post. I am really pleased that you have been able to access the online groups and that you have engaged with the support offered and feel that you have been able to connect with others. An important part of recovery is to develop good support networks and attending groups can help do this.
