"Rude"

About: Churchill Hospital

My son came for a private appointment to have a facial mole removed. The extremely nice doctor recommended doing a light shave but said that he could be slipped back in if the procedure wasn't deep enough. We emailed a month later as the mole was the same as before the removal, but were advised to wait as the mark might be the scarring and would fade. We have subsequently contacted the hospital again as there is no difference between the original mole and the one after the procedure. We have been advised the dermatologist he saw no longer works at the hospital and they will charge again not only for the procedure, but also the cost of the initial consultation. The secretary was extremely rude.
