About: Golden Jubilee National Hospital / Orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I saw the Consultant at the Golden Jubilee hospital Clydebank in October 2019.  I got a date for op in December but was cancelled as I had a lung infection.  I then got got my pre op assessment in Feb 2020.  Lockdown happened but I never heard anything.  I phoned in mid May to ask the situation to be told I had been taken off the list.  When I asked why the person in the booking office replied it had been off in error.  If I had not phoned I would not have known this.  And where on the list have I been placed.
