My mum attended Broadfield house for about 5 weeks in May /June 2020 after being ill with pneumonia and Covid 19. She had never been ill before and we were worried about her attending any establishment following hospital treatment. I was very impressed with the Care staff who attended to her. She was clearly well looked after and the difference in her recovery from entering and leaving was amazing.
I felt very re assurred that she was being very well cared for which was a great relief to myself and the rest of the family.
