We have been very fortunate to have Belgravia surgery GP advise us on our baby’s dermatological issues. Not only they offered informed advice, made sure they found out everything from us and NHS sources regarding the illness, discussed prescriptions with us to make sure we were comfortable with the treatment, but also made necessary specialist referrals that were swiftly followed up with appointments (under 1 week). This was an especially encouraging and reassuring experience as things moved to online and telephone consulting because of Covid. The GP follow up has been thorough and continues ongoing. It is very helpful to have such proactive support. Also, the admin staff’s support has been exceptional. We are very grateful indeed.
