About: Wyresdale Road Surgery

(as the patient),

Receptionist were so rude to us! I think they need a lesson in mental health ! Made my daughter feel even worse when it takes bravery to ring in the first place ! 

I feel disgusted

Our receptionists work very hard in trying to help and assist all our patients so the practice is sorry to hear your daughter doesn't feel this was the case.

If you daughter would like to contact the practice directly and provide more information we will carry out a full investigation into her concerns.
