About: Pilgrim Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I arrived in Colposcopy on Tuesday. I was taken in to see Ellen to discuss my procedure, then I was taken to the Procedure Room, where Ellen was the Practitioner who was undertaking my LLETZ Procedure. This was along with the nurses, (Rachel & Janet) who were assisting her, and they had a difficult time, as I have MS and mobility issues but they were fab! .

They were ALL (Ellen, Rachel & Janet) VERY patient, extremely helpful with my mobility issues and All members were extremely kind, professional and put me at ease. Another fantastic team, who helped me in Colposcopy! ! ! Thank you ALL for your understanding, patience and help which you gave me 

HUGE THANK YOU! ! ! ! 👍😁

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your feedback for us following your recent visit to the gynaecological outpatient department at Pilgrim Hospital. We all try and deliver the very best service we can offer and make everyone feel valued, we understand and appreciate it can be such a worrying and anxious time having to visit our colposcopy department and visiting more than once does not always reduce that anxiety or make things any easier. I was so pleased to hear you found the team extremely kind, professional and understanding, which in turn put you at ease. When patients take the time to let us know that they have had a really positive experience, it gives the team a real boost in morale and reassures us that we are getting it right. Thank you again for your kind words and I will ensure I pass on your comments to the team, especially those you personally mentioned. Wishing you well.
