"Great Practice"

I contacted the surgery via a very helpful and sympathetic receptionist recently and, despite the very busy time for all surgeries, I was seen the same day. I was very concerned about my symptoms and in a lot of pain. I was seen by a welcoming Paramedic Practitioner who confirmed her diagnosis when she called in a GP. Both were very sympathetic and reassuring and I left the surgery feeling confident and relaxed about the diagnosis and the treatment. I walked 100 metres to the Pharmacy where the prescription had already been made up. I particularly appreciate the speed of the whole operation and the calmness and reassurance of the consultation at what must be a very trying time for all. Well done Ringmead.
