"We have repeatedly been let down."

(as a carer),

I am absolutely disgusted in the way my partner has been treated by the Leeds Community Mental Health Team. He has highly complex needs and we have repeatedly been let down, even one stating his needs are not of a mental health nature! He is repeatedly suicidal and has been for many years. The Social Worker is at their wits end and has been incredible throughout. 

All we want is support and care from those who are supposed to provide it when needed. My partner is far from an easy case, that is well documented but to be let down in such a manner is appalling. I'm having to pick up the pieces all the time which I should not have to do alone. I do not want him to suffer. I do not want him to end up doing the unthinkable because of mispractice, unprofessionalism and palming off to pillar and post because I feel they do not want the hassle of dealing with him. 

Cannot believe I am saying this as I have members of family of whom are NHS but I ashamed of our service right now. Particularly the way they are handling this case. I ask what is to be done about this because he needs support and care!!
