"Would come back"

I am feeling slightly better. Things come and go, so having the support from the lady I saw really helped at the time. I did feel like I was listened to. I would of liked it to have been seen face to face but obviously under the current circumstances that wasn't possible. I also received some information through the post which help for me to read through. 30 minutes I felt was enough time to talk with my therapist and I would recommend Six Degrees.
