"First seizure"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Neurology

(as a parent/guardian),

Daughter aged 29 had tonic clinic seizure followed by another 6 weeks later. Told at hospital we should hear about appointment in a few weeks. Several weeks later, we have heard nothing. When I telephoned for update I was told nothing until next year. Daughter has had to give up her job because it required driving. She currently spends 99% of her day in bed due to being unwell. So disappointed that no one can help for over one year. Why?
