Today I phoned to make another phone call appointment with the doctor. The receptionist informed me of a new service for eye conditions. I phoned one of the nominated opticians and was able to get an explanation of the condition and a recommendation for further treatment. This was a lot quicker that waiting for the busy doctors to get back to me.
