"Recovery "

Hi

I left a review in February 2019 when I left Chapman Barker,I am still alcohol free and my life is much better, I have resurrected my career, the couple of weeks I was with you at chapman Barker have helped me move forward,I attend various AA meetings which is also a great help, one of my mentors has said to me,that if you do not pick up a drink, you cannot get drunk, and that has stuck with me,I hope this gives the people in CBU a boost,it has been hard, but you have to be strong,Good luck to you all.

Hi there, thanks so much for getting back in touch with an update about your recovery journey since leaving our Chapman-Barker unit. It sounds like you are taking all the right steps and you should be proud of the progress you have made. I hope anyone in a similar situation reads this and feels inspired to get help as you’ve shown that a life free of alcohol is possible. We really value your feedback and it will be a pleasure to pass on your review to all the team who played their part in making such a difference to your recovery. All the very best wishes for the future.
