"Covid 19 Screening prior to clinic appointment"

About: Ninewells Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

I had been made aware of the Screening that would happen.   As I approached the place, I was met by a friendly nurse who introduced herself and led me through the process.   No personal details were requested only health question.   It was quick and pleasant.   Only problem I had was that I walked past it unaware of  where it was.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the Temperature Screening service. We are glad to hear that the staff were friendly and professional and you found it was a smooth process. We are in the process of having our signage improved to make it more clearer for patients to know where to attend.
