"Fantastic Service"

About: Ilkeston Community Hospital

Arrived just after 1700 with a suspected broken bone in my foot and was seen within ten minutes of arriving. Unfortunately they couldn't x-ray me as the x-ray department closes at 1700 but they asked me to come back in the next day. Arrived the next day to be greeted by name by the reception staff, handed an x-ray form and sent straight to x-ray. I was back in the MIU within 15 minutes and being talked through the results of the x-ray - with a foot surgeon no less!

Fantastic service and absolutely no concerns about attending the hospital in this time of Covid-19. All the precautions were taken and I felt very safe whilst being treated.
