I was referred by a GP for an ultrasound on my knee in August 2019. I contacted the surgery in January 2020 as the hospital had advised that they had no record of a ultrasound request.
After many attempts was told a note would be left for a GP marked urgent. Still waiting for a response.
Completed a form in January 2020 for online access. was told would hear in 5 days, but have still not been contacted.
Trying to telephone is impossible, as you can wait on the phone for 30 minutes listening to a recording and get no one picking up.
I appreciate our NHS services are strained, however, I think a lot of the problems at this surgery is a case of mismanagement and the staff don't really care. The fact that the CQC rated them as 'needing improvement' is a real worry too.
