On behalf of her family I want to thank all the nurses we had phone contact with whilst my sister Margaret was on ward 36. In compensation for our inability to visit her we met with such kindness and patience from every nurse who answered our regular phone calls and in our attempts to facilitate video calls. We also feel that the quality of the information we received revealed a very good standard of treatment and compassion for their patient and we are particularly grateful knowing the level of stress staff have to work under at this time.
