Good morning, yesterday I attended the Cardiology department at Forth Valley Royal Hospital for a prearranged procedure. The department was well organised, social distancing measures, face masks. and hand sanitising in place and the atmosphere was calm.
During the procedure I was cared for by Staff Nurse Buchan, who was the lead nurse and Staff Nurse Brown who supported her and maintained my observations. Dr McShane my Consultant observed and gave further explanations. Every step of the procedure was explained thoroughly to me and I felt safe and very supported. They were so kind. During after care I received a visit from a technician who explained the process of setting up the equipment I had been given and also appropriate telephone numbers for additional support if needed.
Would you please convey my thanks to this incredible team, they were spectacular a credit to their profession.
Kind regards
"A credit to their profession"
