"Reception Ladies Amazing!"

Attended Epsom A+E dept today(2nd June 2020) for a scheduled Dopler test(Deep Vein Thrombosis) and from the moment hospital transport picked me up from my home at 10.30am right through to the moment that hospital transport returned me home at 15.00pm the whole experience was awesome. The two A+E reception ladies in particular were amazing because as well as attending to their standard work booking folks into A+E they were also to be seen marshalling social distancing guidlines in the waiting room area whilst simultaneously handing out cold bottles of water to patients waiting to be seen by the Doctors + Nurses.

Often times its the Doctors and Nurses that work A+E who receive much of the praise for their outstanding work but please let's not forget the other staff such as porters, cleaners, Xray folks, hospital transport and of course the fantastic reception ladies because they are the unsung heroes. Thank you NHS.
