I visited the clinic during the early days of the coronavirus outbreak, a week after the stay at home advice was published. (As this was a necessary medical appointment it was okay to travel there). All the staff I interacted, from the first phone call consultation right up to the nurse that talked me through the medication were caring, kind and empathetic and patient. It made a very difficult time easy and more comfortable. Everything was explained so clearly to me and everything that happened once I was back at home to take the second medication was exactly how the nurse had explained which was so reassuring. Thank you to all the staff for continuing to provide great care despite the difficulty of a nationwide pandemic.
