"So glad I transferred to this practice"

I have had but very positive experiences since I transferred to this practice in January 2019. The reception staff have always been very polite and helpful, especially during the lockdown, one receptionist went more than the proverbial mile sorting out a prescription for me. The nursing staff have also been very helpful and friendly in helping me manage COPD and taking blood tests. The three GPs I have seen have been marvellous, taking time to listen and making sure they understand my concerns and have been very conscientious in arranging for further hospital tests to be carried out. They have also looked at my medication and suggested I cut down on one which has made my "restless legs" a lot easier. It has been very difficult in lockdown but it has been made easier by the contacts this practice has made, making me feel that I am well looked after. Thank you so much
