"Change to phlebotomy clinic"

My husband who is isolating from covid19 requires a monthly blood test to monitor chronic kidney disease. He made an wasted trip to the clinic for a blood test today because there is no information on the website informing patients that this is now appointment only. Please can you amend this so people at risk are not going out more than they have to.
