I just wanted to feedback about the excellent service I received today in the MRI department. It isn’t nice to have an MRI scan, it’s noisy and claustrophobic, the staff were extremely kind and reassuring, especially given the very challenging situation they face with covid. Due to my nerves I didn’t remember any of their names but Thankyou for making today easier for me.
