Telephone appointment with nurse practitioner who prescribed treatment and gave instructions to call back for review if specific criteria met. Called back for review 2 weeks later, reviewed by GP; additional treatment prescribed and investigations ordered. Easy to get thought on the phone, excellent telephone consults during Covid pandemic. Very happy. Thank you
