I came 2 years ago for a valve replacement. I was scared at first but the great care & professionalism & constant reassurance from the Cardiologists, the helpful with good humour Nurses, the Happy Dinner Ladies, the Cleaners and the wonderful Chef cooking tasty & fresh dishes so that patients can recover quicker as I was told.
I left Royal Brompton feeling stronger to continue my life journey. Thank you from the bottom of my ♡. Keep up the good work!
However, the outpatients department needs help, it's a bit chaotic, the receptionists don't seem to know what's going on. My yearly appt wasn't even in the system yet I had a letter. I had to speak to the administrator? to sort it out.
Also I had to wait for almost 2 hrs for my 15 mts appt
I have an appt coming up this July but I'm dreading it. I might even cancel it 😦
