I was referred in October 2019 for physio because I had osteoarthritis in both hips was in a lot of pain but my first appointment was phone call and had to answer yes and no to them at the end l could wait for months for one to one appointment or l could do group session at Woodford leisure centre and it was only a one week wait l started in January 2020 the staff were helpful and explain everything to me wot l had to do
