"Rude Staff Members."

About: New Cross Hospital

Staff on B7 are incredibly rude. I was asked to supply essentials to a patient on the ward and was ignored before someone came and opened the door with a huff and a generally displeased attitude. I am aware there is a pandemic but there is no need to be rude to already distressed family.
