I have been registered at this practice for 24 years and have always found it to be fantastic. Doctors take the concerns of patients seriously, and receptionists are friendly, and do their best to book appointments as soon as possible.

Despite the ongoing COVID pandemic, I was able to book a same-day telephone appointment. Dr Hall was exceptional and very empathetic towards my health concerns. She has given me hope over a long-standing issue.

I feel safe in the hands of Loughton Health Centre and am lucky to have such a great practice so close to home.
