"The worst reception and phone staff I have ever…"

The reception staff and those ladies that answer the phone need to go on some sort of training. They show total disregard for patients and their needs. You will not encounter any empathy, understanding or humanity here. I also raised a complaint months ago for similar bad treatment, which was under investigation and then nothing happened. Every time I deal with this practice, whether in person or by phone, I leaving feeling less than human.
