I had the misfortune to crash my car in the surgery car park, damaging another car in the process.
It happened that one of the Doctors was in the car park at the time. He could not have been more considerate or caring. Having checked I was not physically hurt he took me in to the Surgery and brought me a cup of hot sweet tea in case I had delayed shock.
The admin team then took over: in particular the Reception Manager who likewise could not have been more helpful and considerate. She continued her help throughout the day - not least with site problems getting the breakdown truck to remove the wrecked car.
The next morning my own GP even took the trouble to telephone to see how I was.
Thank you everyone - typical of the first class, friendly and caring service I have always received at St. Pauls
"Outstanding care and service"
