"Waited so long for an appointment"

(as the patient),

Waited so long for an appointment and it ended up being unhelpful and patronising

I waited several months for an appointment after experiencing pelvic pain and nausea everyday for months and when I finally got an appointment the person I saw was rude and dismissive. They asked me very basic questions and then decided it wasn’t their departments problem, when I am certain it definitely is a gynaecology issue. When I asked for any help/advice, they said that I cannot expect them to do everything. Which has left me back at square one.
