(as a service user),

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to all the doctors, nurses and AHPs who looked after my mum in ward 2C at Crosshouse Hospital over the last 3 weeks. The last place she needed to be was in a hospital environment and I was extremely anxious that she wld potentially pick up not only covid, but another hospital acquired infection. Thankfully she sailed through her operation and the post op period but that is testimnent to all of you! Glad to have her home and feeling better than she was before she went in!

I can understand why you would be anxious about your Mother having to be admitted to hospital recently, I'm pleased to hear that her surgery and after care went really well.

The team will be delighted to hear this heaart warming feedback and I will be sure to pass this onto all who were involved in delivering your Mother's care.
