"All the workers do a brilliant job."

About: Lincoln County Hospital / Accident and emergency Lincoln County Hospital / X-ray and Scans

(as the patient),

The staff as in doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, porters and cleaners were all fantastic and they did they very best to make sure you were comfortable and well cared for, I was down a couple of times as my husband who also looks after me at home wasn't allowed in to see me, the nurses would come along and always made me feel better.

There was one day when I went down hill very quickly and the doctors and nurses were brilliant and they made sure my husband was kept in the picture even when they were looking at sending me to icu. Others must understand that there is some very poorly people on the ward who must come first. So I would like to say a very big thank you to all who work there as they do a brilliant job thank you

Dear Couchie bear

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments regarding your recent experience.

It is very reassuring for our teams to know that we are meeting patient expectations during these difficult and changing times. In particular how you felt looked after by caring and thoughtful staff.

If you could let me know which ward you stayed on then I will share your positive comments with the team. You can email me via patient.experience@ulh.nhs.uk

Thank you again and I hope you are recovering well.

Regards

Sharon

Hi Couchie Bear

Thank you for taking the time to give us your positive feedback, it really is appreciated. It must have been a particularly difficult time to be in hospital with no visitors, so we are pleased to hear our nurses helped ease that a little while you were on Hatton Ward.

We hope you are recovering well

Kind regards

Sharon
