Your telephone consultation service is excellent. It's very prompt, friendly, professional and competent. I 'phoned in with my concerns, The receptionist was very helpful and quickly put me in touch with a Nurse Specialist, who took my history connected me with the link to send photos of my lesions and arranged for the doctor to 'phone me back. The doctor contacted me quite soon, discussed my case and the diagnoses and sent a prescription to the pharmacy. The medicine is effective and the conditions improving. It's all very easy and I imagine if necessary could also be conducted on Zoom or Whatsapp.

Thank you for taking the time to post your positive feedback. We have worked really hard during this Pandemic to be dynamically and proactively change our services to meet the needs of our patients. In this case we had enough information to manage you remotely, but had we need to see you virtually then we already have the means to do this!
