"Phenomenal service given current restrictions"

I have contacted this practice twice during lockdown for none COVID related issues. On both occasions, I have submitted online queries and been called back by a GP within the hour. When speaking to a GP, they asked thoughtful questions and managed to provide a plan of action very quickly. I needed a prescription the second time, which was sent directly to the pharmacy and I was able to collect it within an hour of speaking to the GP - it was bagged and ready for me when I arrived. I really think the level of service and care for patients at this practice is second to none. They would be forgiven for delays or barriers to providing excellent care at the moment, but they have overcome all of them. I cannot thank them enough for what they have done for me and feel very lucky to be registered here.
