My son was scheduled a dermatology appointment that was then turned into a telephone assessment due to Covid. I sent some pictures through to the POD as per an administrators request and then had the phone call with the consultant. Really happy with the POD who were happy to answer my questions before the call and the consultant herself, Dr Herath, was so polite and friendly during the assessment. Despite lockdown, they managed to work their best and sort out my son's issue which we are now in the process of sorting out. Just wanted to thank them all for their hard work and for doing a great job in such a hard time.
