"Friendly and thoughtful"

I joined this practice around 6 months ago as I moved to the area, I really liked my previous practice so was worried about finding a new one. However, my experience with this GP has been great. The reception staff are lovely and all experiences I've had with the doctors and nurses has been really positive. In particular, I've spoken to one of the advance nurse practitioners a couple of times and she has been so kind and even when I dismissed how I was feeling, she legitimized my feelings and really listened to what I was saying. In my experience of doctors dealing with mental health this has not been common, instead of dismissing me she made suggestions based on what I was saying, rather than a textbook medical answer.
