About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Minor Injuries Unit

(as the patient),

I unfortunately had to attend QEUH minors on sat afternoon. Wasnt sure at first if I should go but realised I needed to be seen.   Checked out minor injuries units online to make sure I was going to the right place and there was clear information to make sure I attended the right hospital.   I was directed to QEUH and after a quick temp check was directed to minors.   Many thanks to Karen (physio) and Kim (anp) who looked after me and were so kind. Suspect its easy for this to be just another day at work but they were so lovely calm and gentle.   Thank you it was much appreciated x

It's also great to hear that you found the online information clear. We have been doing a lot of work recently around making sure patients can find the right care at the right time, such as going to the Minor Injuries Unit.
