(as a service user),

I was extremely impressed with the care I received from my midwife and her team throughout my pregnancy. Everything was well organised, professional and I felt very supported during each appointment.

My midwife Holly was very proactive and always followed up each appointment quickly and within the agreed timescale. 

Holly was very knowledgable about additional local services and through her recommendation I attended a local aqua natal class. The class helped me to relax and it was great to socialise with other pregnant women. 

I would also like to thank Holly and her team for their professionalism during the covid epidemic. Holly kept me well informed about the hospital situation and I felt calm before I went into labour. Overall I was very impressed with my care and the service from the team.

Thanks also for your kind words about Holly. It is fantastic that you found her to be professional, proactive and knowledgeable. Being in hospital can be a worrying time just now, so it is reassuring to know that Holly helped you to feel calm and well informed.
