About: Walm Lane Surgery

I have been a patient at this practice for nearly 30 years,my family also go there and I cannot speak highly enough of the care ,efficiency and treatment I have received. This week, I was able to email, send an image of an infected arm, due to a wasp sting. Doctor rang back promptly and send prescription to local pharmacy for collection. An amazingly efficient service. Thank you.

Thank you for expressing your appreciation. We are so happy to hear and see that our new ‘streamlined’ approach to the care and services that we are offering to our patients, during these difficult times, is working well.

We understand that this way of receiving care is also new for our patients as well, and we would like to thank you for making use of it.

We would also like to remind patients who are unable to send images or link to a video consultation that we are still very much here for you, please call the surgery, as we have suggested in text messages to our patients, if you require medical treatment
