I felt totally supported by ORB, but the staff workload was too much and the premises feel second class

Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. I am glad that you have felt supported by our team at ORB. We have had some staffing issues in our High Wycombe hub which we are now resolving, and the team are well supported to manage their caseloads by our managers on site.

I am sorry to hear that you felt our premises felt second class, if possible I would be interested to know if this relates to any particular area, as we haven't had that feedback before. It is really important to us to provide a welcoming and comfrtable environment. Please get back in touch if you want to give me more specific feedback.
