"Decided to treat my phobia"

About: Inclusion Thurrock (Talking Therapies)

(as the patient),

One day I have decided to treat my phobia and luckily I have met one of the best therapist which helped me session after session to be strong.

I will never have enough words to say THANK YOU, Monica for everything.

After my therapy I am much stronger than before and confident to do things which I thought were impossible.

Dear andrica23,

I know that Monica will be so pleased to hear that you’re doing so well and will be grateful for your kind words. It takes a lot of courage and bravery to decide to tackle a phobia, so congratulations. It sounds to me that you were already a very strong person, as you were able to take that first step. You must have worked really hard to make such impressive progress, especially when facing things that would have once made you very anxious. Confidence that we are able to face these things that scare us is so important and so I’m glad you now feel you have the tools and skills to do feel that way.

You should be very proud of yourself.

All the best,

Chloe Anderson
