I attended green A/E via ambulance on 21/04/20 where I was looked after perfectly and later discharged. I again was brought to A/E by ambulance on 22/04/20 this time to Green Resus with a worrying cardiac condition and was transferred on 23/04/20 to the Acute Medical Unit and was later discharged. Yet again on 27/04/20 I was blue lighted in, this time to yellow resus in a worse condition, where I was constantly monitored and treated, before transfer to the Coronary Care Unit, where I was seen by a Cardiology Consultant, and medication prescribed,With a follow up arranged, before being discharged later in the day. My care throughout in all departments was superb, with reassurance, explanation at all interventions, kindness and at times humour. At a terribly busy time for all the hospital, with some departments in full PPE it showed the NHS at large and the N&N in particular in a fantastic, caring light and I am so grateful to every single member of staff.
"Exemplary service and care"
