I am frontline medical worker who contracted covid 19. I was admitted from my workplace and quickly deteriorated and was ventilated for 16 days. I spent a total of a month in hospital and now slowly recovering at home. I cannot express highly enough my thanks and gratitude for the care I received from medics, nurses, health care assistants, physios, cleaners and all other staff involved in my recovery. The medical staff in ITU phoned my husband every day to update him on my condition which was fantastic considering how busy they were.
I will be forever grateful for this and cannot wait to get back to my own job. Thanks seems an inadequate sentiment but that's all I can say.
"Thanks and gratitude for the care I received"
